The DTV Access Project works with broadcasters, equipment manufacturers and consumer organizations to encourage implementation of DTV closed captioning and audio description services in over-the-air, cable and satellite delivery platforms.

Our funders - CPB and NIDRR - have asked us to provide information on the use of this site by PBS and non-PBS users.
