This example demonstrates descriptive narration, using a clip from Disney's The Lion King. To provide access to the descriptions for deaf-blind viewers it is necessary to provide a separate text transcript of the content of the descriptions. The audio descriptions are represented in the form of text captions in this demonstration to provide access to the content of the descriptions for deaf and hard-of-hearing viewers. This final step is not normally necessary, but was done in order to allow all users to learn about descriptive narration.
