Tab Out of Flash

This example utilizes the Tab Out of Flash plug-in created by John Norgaard of sonokids.com, allowing visitors to use the [TAB] key to move through a Web page starting with HTML information above a Flash movie, and then continuing with the HTML information below a Flash movie. The [TAB] key transition is seamless from HTML to Flash and back to HTML.

Screen reader users are not affected by this issue, since the screen reader mediates the tab order for the users. Improvements in the Flash 7 player resolved this issue for keyboard users unsing Windows, but the issue remains for Macintosh keyboard users and users who have not upgraded to Flash 7.
