Access to Rich Media

The Access to Rich Media project is developing captioning and description software tools for rich media and establishing a Rich Media Accessibility Web site to provide Web designers, multimedia developers, consumers, and access technology researchers with a centralized source of information and tools for dealing with multimedia access issues.
